Meredith did not realize how much stress was playing a factor in why she was reaching out for food (emotional eating) or why she had trouble sleeping at night. You know when you think about it anyone can lose weight. Zip your mouth and starve yourself for awhile and you will lose weight, but what happens when you unzip your mouth? For this reason, Meredith has chosen to achieve her goal of losing 65 pounds by learning to practice self-hypnosis.
